King Rose Client: Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation

Project Scope: For the past seven years, King Rose has built studios, classrooms, offices, corridors and event spaces for learning and collaboration at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), housed within Avery Hall at Columbia. The work included meticulous restoration of architectural elements original to this historic McKim, Mead, and White building, as well as sophisticated lighting systems to enhance the student and faculty experience.
