In 2007, Yoel Borgenicht set out to build a new company. He knew that to be successful in NYC’s cutthroat construction landscape, his company would place the highest value on punctuality and standing behind the work as standard practice. In under a decade, he quickly grew King Rose to be one of New York City’s most respected and reputable construction firms. Yoel Borgenicht leads King Rose’s field operations and staff development. He is a NY State Supreme Court certified expert in construction estimating and has been published in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, New York Post, The Real Deal, and many others. In addition to running the day to day operations of King Rose Yoel is a Board Member of several charitable organizations that seek to empower economically challenged women by providing free child care and advocating for equal access to education and opportunities for all communities.

Hema Duraiappan oversees all project administration, accounting, and procurement.
